FerroxLabs/wayland ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a local first desktop app called Wayland that acts like a command center for AI work on my own machine.

I want one app where I can paste in a provider key, connect to tools like Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, Qwen, Goose, and use them from one place without juggling separate terminals. It should feel like an AI coworker that can read and edit files, run shell commands, plan work before making changes, and keep track of the project across sessions. I also want it to support switching models during a task, and to have a way to hand off bigger jobs to a small team of specialist agents when needed.
