Build me a web app for turning fanfiction and web serials into downloadable ebooks.

I want people to be able to search for a story, pull in the available metadata and chapter content from external sources, and then generate a clean ebook they can download in common formats like EPUB, and if possible MOBI and PDF too. The site should have a simple frontend that makes it easy to find a fic, preview the details, and start the conversion without having to understand the backend.
