Build me a desktop song chart editor for Guitar Hero style rhythm games, something like Moonscraper Chart Editor.

I want an app where I can open a song, edit note charts and other song data, preview audio, and save the chart back out for custom songs in games like Clone Hero, Guitar Hero, and Rock Band. It should feel like a proper visual editor, not just a text file tool, with a timeline, easy note placement, and the usual quality of life stuff someone making charts would expect.

If anything is unclear, look up the current docs online and keep the build close to the project’s intended behavior. I mainly want it working from source and packaged in a way that someone can run it on desktop without a lot of extra setup.
