Build me a self hosted 3D AI studio that runs locally and feels like a polished creative app for artists and game creators.

I want to be able to upload an image or mesh, generate 3D models from text or images, then run common workflows like mesh segmentation, texture generation, auto rigging, part completion, mesh retopology, UV unwrapping, and mesh editing. The app should have a good 3D preview with multiple view modes like solid, rendered, wireframe, skeleton, part colors, and two sided rendering. It should also keep a task list with progress and history, let me reuse the result from one task as input for the next, and support viewing UV layout too.

Please make it work as a cross platform app for web and desktop, with a clean UI and either anonymous mode or user login mode. Keep everything designed for local deployment, and if you need current docs for the backend or related tools, look them up online first.
