Build me a polished public guide site and downloadable handbook for Claude Code, using the content in this repo.

I want it to help people understand how to use Claude Code in real projects, not just copy settings. Make it feel like a clear learning hub with sections for workflows, hooks, skills, MCP servers, security, templates, and a quiz so people can test what they learned. It should work well as an interactive website, and also export nicely to PDF and EPUB for offline reading.

Please make the experience friendly for beginners but still useful for advanced users, with a strong focus on practical examples, production ready advice, and security minded best practices. Include a clean landing page, good navigation, search or easy browsing if possible, and make sure the content is easy to read on mobile too.
