Build me a polished Windows desktop app inspired by Apple’s Dynamic Island, basically a floating pill at the top of the screen that can collapse, expand, and show useful live info. I want it to feel smooth and modern, with a media controller, quick access to favorite media apps or actions, a calendar view with Google Calendar support, and a file tray that works a bit like a clipboard where I can drop files to keep for later, double click them to open, and share them through the normal Windows share dialog.

It should also show Bluetooth info like the currently connected device and battery level, and have an activity system so things like media and Bluetooth can appear as active views, with little spring style side indicators for actions that are not currently open. I want to be able to switch between views by scrolling. Please include auto update support too.
