Build me a Windows launcher app like a fast spotlight style search bar for my PC.

I want to be able to press a hotkey, type a few letters, and instantly search apps, files, folders, file contents, bookmarks, and web results. It should also handle basic built in actions like calculator, shutdown, lock, opening settings, and running shell commands. Make it feel quick and clean, with a dark mode option, resizeable window, and a preview panel for things like images, text, and markdown.

Please also include a simple plugin system so other features can be added later, plus a way to reorder or prioritize results. I’d like drag and drop support for files and folders too. Use current docs online if you need to, and make it work well on Windows 10 and newer.
