Flowseal/zapret-discord-youtube ? reverse-engineered prompt

I need a tool for Windows to help me bypass internet blocking and censorship from my provider. A lot of services like YouTube and Discord are being restricted. My biggest problems are Discord voice chat getting stuck on an infinite "connecting" loop and the web version of Telegram not working right.

I want this to be a simple set of batch scripts, not a complex GUI program. It should have a main script that works like a menu, allowing me to install the tool as a Windows service so it runs on startup. That same menu should let me uninstall it, check the status, update blocklists from the internet, and update my hosts file to fix the Discord issue.

The core of the tool should be a bunch of different "strategies" or scripts to try, since the censorship methods are always changing. So, include several different .bat files for various bypass methods a user can test to see which one works for them. This will need to intercept network traffic to get around DPI, so make sure to handle anything related to that, like the WinDivert driver.
