FormKit/auto-animate ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a small JavaScript library that makes list and layout changes animate smoothly with almost no setup. I want it to be easy to drop into a React, Vue, Solid, or plain JavaScript app, so someone can add one line and immediately get nice motion when items are added, removed, or rearranged.

Please include a simple way to turn it on for a container, and make it work without the user having to manage the animation details themselves. I’d also like a clean documentation site or example page that shows the basic usage, a few real world examples, and how to install it with npm, yarn, or pnpm.

Keep it lightweight, polished, and production ready. If there are any modern best practices or browser details I should know about, use current docs online if needed.
