Build me Rentaria, a web app for small rental businesses in Latin America. It should let a platform admin approve shop owners, see users, shops, and orders, while each shop owner can create their own shop, manage rentable units, prices, photos, booking forms, contract text, and orders.
Customers should be able to open a public shop page, choose what they want to rent, fill out the custom form, book without making an account, and then either pay with Bitcoin through that shop’s BTCPay setup or continue with a cash or WhatsApp style flow. After booking, the app should send confirmation emails, include calendar attachments, and generate a PDF rental contract automatically.
Use Django with templates and a clean responsive interface in Spanish. Keep it simple and production ready with PostgreSQL, Docker, Nginx, SSL setup notes, secure login, password reset, and environment variables. Look up current docs online if you need to.
