Fosowl/agenticSeek ? reverse-engineered prompt

I want to build a fully local AI assistant, like my own private version of Manus AI. The key is that it runs entirely on my own hardware, with no need for external APIs or monthly subscriptions. It should be a smart, autonomous agent that can think, plan, and execute complex tasks.

I want to be able to give it goals, and it should be able to browse the internet, search for information, and even write and debug code on its own. It should know how to choose the right "tool" for the job automatically. For the tech, it should be a Python project that's able to connect to local LLMs I'm running with something like Ollama. Also, please build a simple web frontend for it and include voice-enabled commands so I can talk to it. Please set it up using Docker to make the local services easy to run.
