Build me a Windows desktop app that automatically scans a computer for installed Steam, Epic, and Ubisoft games, then finds the right DLL locations for each one.

I want a very simple interface where I can pick a game, see its available DLCs, and then generate and install the needed configuration files and unlocker DLLs for it. It should be able to download anything it needs on its own, cache game and DLC info, and also let me uninstall everything cleanly later if I change my mind.
