Build me a web app called DueDiligenceOS for commercial real estate due diligence. I want to be able to open a deal, add the property details and documents, and have a committee of AI agents work together in one shared room. They should handle fact extraction, regulatory review, legal risk, and financial review, then bring in environmental, capex, and insurance specialists only when the deal actually needs them.

I want a clean interface where I can see their findings, handoffs, disagreements, task status, and tool results as an audit trail, then get a final red, yellow, or green memo that explains the decision clearly enough for a human to defend. The financial numbers should be computed reliably for things like DSCR and 5 year IRR, not just generated by the model.
