Froren/realtorca ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a small JavaScript package that wraps realtor.ca so I can search listings and fetch property details from code.

I want to pass in simple search filters like map bounds, price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, property type, open house, and other common filters, then get back the JSON results from realtor.ca. It should also let me look up one listing in detail when I have the property id and MLS reference number. Please include helper functions to build a realtor.ca map URL from options and to read the search options back out of a realtor.ca URL.

Make it easy to use from Node, with promise based methods and sensible defaults for the common required fields. If there are any weird limits like price steps or max values, handle them the same way realtor.ca does. Keep the code clean and simple, and if you need to check current request details online, go ahead and look them up.
