FuelLabs/sway ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me the Sway toolchain and language workspace from this repo so I can compile and work with smart contracts for Fuel.

I want the project to install cleanly from source, build the compiler and command line tools, and let me run a simple example contract end to end. Please make sure the main commands work, the formatter and tests are in place, and the basic developer setup feels smooth for someone trying this locally for the first time.
