Build me an app that automates creating YouTube Shorts. I just want to provide a video topic, and the tool should handle the rest.

It should be able to use a local AI model through Ollama to generate the video script and metadata. Then, it needs to assemble the final video using a library like MoviePy. I imagine it will need to find stock footage, generate a voiceover, and add captions, so please include that functionality.

I'll need a simple frontend where I can enter the topic and see the progress. For the backend, please build a robust system using a database-backed queue, maybe with Postgres, so it can process videos reliably one after another. It should all be containerized with Docker to make setup easy. Please use Python for the main logic. Just give me a full-stack application with a backend, a frontend, and a worker that can take a topic and spit out a finished short video.
