Build me an Android medication reminder app called MedTimer that works completely offline and keeps all data on the phone. I want to be able to add unlimited medicines, set custom reminders for each one, snooze them, mark doses as taken or skipped, and get alerts when stock is low or a medicine is expired. It should also handle more flexible schedules like daily reminders, specific days, breaks, intervals, and repeated reminders later in the day.

I’d like a simple history view too, with past doses shown in a chart, table, or calendar, plus the ability to export the history as CSV and back up or restore the medication list as JSON. Please include tags and filters so it’s easy to find medicines later. Make it clean, privacy focused, and free of ads.
