Build me a small MCP server that lets Cursor or other AI coding tools read Figma design data and use it to help implement screens more accurately.

I want to be able to paste a Figma file, frame, or group link into my coding chat, and have the agent pull back only the useful layout and styling details instead of a huge raw API response. It should work with a Figma access token, run from the command line, and be easy to connect through a normal MCP config. Please make it feel polished and ready to use, with clear setup instructions and sensible defaults.
