Build me a local first Android and Mac companion app that lets my phone and Mac feel connected without using any cloud account.

I want to pair them once with a QR code, then have clipboard sync both ways, with text going from Android to Mac and text plus images going from Mac to Android. It should also mirror Android notifications on the Mac, let me control calls from the Mac like accept, reject, silence, and end, and show battery or connection status on both devices.

I also want AirPlay style features so I can mirror my Android screen to the Mac and stream Android audio to the Mac or another AirPlay receiver. Make it work over the same Wi Fi or a phone hotspot, and reconnect automatically when the network changes. Keep everything private and local on my own network, no cloud relay.
