Build me a working prototype for an Ambedkar Digital Heritage Archive.

I want a simple web app where people can browse digitized book volumes, open a document page, and search across the archive by meaning as well as by normal text. It should also support a research page that shows answers with page citations, so users can see exactly where the information came from. Please use the existing backend and data folders, wire up the archive flow from uploaded PDF through extracted pages and text, and connect it to a database so documents and metadata can be stored cleanly.

If it helps, set up the frontend in a clean way so the archive list, document view, and research search all feel usable right away. Also leave room for later features like multilingual support, a timeline, and a kiosk style view. Use the project README as the guide, and look up current docs online if you need to. I mainly want something that runs locally, is easy to test, and looks like a real SIH prototype.
