Build me a Python security tool for authorized penetration testing in my own lab and networks I control. I want it to automatically find the local network range, scan hosts, identify services and versions, look up likely vulnerabilities, and show the results in a clear terminal view.

Also add a browser dashboard where I can start and stop scans, watch live output, run multiple scans at once, save scan profiles, schedule recurring scans, and see discovered hosts and past logs. Include options for scan speed, target, ports, normal mode, evasion mode, and noise mode. I’d like email and webhook notifications when scans finish, plus settings that stay saved after restart.

Please include a simple command line interface, a REST API for the dashboard, Docker support, install and uninstall scripts for Linux, and basic tests. Make it work on Windows, macOS, and Linux where possible. Look up current docs online if you need to.
