Build me a simple, clean VPN config library page for these OpenVPN files.

I want people to be able to browse the available server profiles by location, see names like Singapore, SG, and US, and download the .ovpn file they need with one click. If it helps, make the page show a short useful summary for each file and keep the layout easy to scan on mobile and desktop. Use the Eutvpn.json file if it contains any extra metadata, and if you need current docs for anything, look them up online.

Keep it lightweight and practical, with a polished list or card view, a search box, and clear download actions.
