Build me a modern terminal window manager that runs inside my terminal and makes it easy to juggle lots of coding work at once.

I want tiled terminal panes, multiple workspaces I can switch between, a vim like keyboard driven mode for moving around and resizing panes, and a command palette so I can quickly launch actions without remembering every shortcut. It should keep sessions alive even if I close and reopen it, and it would be great if I could reattach from another machine later.

I also want it to feel made for coding agents. Each agent should have a clear status, like working, waiting on me, done, or errored, and there should be one inbox or status area where I can see what all my agents are doing and message them if needed. If possible, make it support a nice sidebar, a few layout modes, and good theming. Use current docs online if you need to.
