Genymobile/scrcpy ? reverse-engineered prompt

I want to build a desktop application that lets me display and control my Android device on my computer. It needs to be lightweight, high-performance, and have very low latency. The most important thing is that it shouldn't require me to root my phone or even install a separate app on the Android device to work.

It should let me connect via a USB cable or wirelessly over TCP/IP. I want full control using my computer's mouse and keyboard, including the ability to copy and paste text between my computer and the phone. The app should also be able to forward the phone's audio to my computer and record the screen and audio to a file. A really cool feature would be if I could mirror my phone's camera and use it as a webcam on my PC. This should be a cross-platform tool that works on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
