GeoNode/geonode — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a web platform for managing and sharing geospatial data, like a community map portal. Users should be able to sign up, upload map layers and datasets, add clear metadata, preview the data on interactive maps, and create simple map visualizations they can share with others.

I want permissions so some datasets can be public and others can be limited to certain users or groups. Add user profiles, comments, and ratings so people can discuss the quality and usefulness of each dataset. Include an admin area where site managers can review users, datasets, maps, settings, and basic system content.

Please make it easy to run locally with Docker, and set up sensible default admin credentials and sample configuration so I can try it right away. Keep the interface friendly for people who are not GIS experts. Look up current GeoNode docs online if you need to match expected behavior.
