Build me a Windows tray app for Syncthing that feels like a normal desktop program instead of a browser based tool.

I want it to sit in the system tray, launch Syncthing in the background, and show Syncthing’s web interface inside the app with a built in browser. It should be able to start on login, show sync activity in the tray icon, and give clear alerts when folders go out of sync, files conflict, devices connect or disconnect, or syncing finishes. Add a simple file drop box style transfer window and a way to help resolve conflicts. It should also be able to pause syncing on metered networks.

Please make it work on Windows 10 and newer, with both an installer and a portable version. Keep it easy to update, support translations, and make the app manage Syncthing’s local settings it needs to talk to it properly.
