Build me a command line app that helps me use AI prompts for real tasks instead of starting from scratch every time.

I want to be able to keep a library of reusable prompts, pick one by name, and send it text from the clipboard, a file, or pasted input. The app should make it easy to summarize, rewrite, extract key points, brainstorm, and do other common jobs from the terminal, and it should feel simple enough that I can use it with my favorite AI provider without much setup.

Please include a way to list the available prompt patterns, add my own custom ones, and run the same prompts from a REST API too. If there are helpful docs or current provider setup details online, look those up and follow them. Make it polished, practical, and ready to use on Mac, Linux, and Windows.
