Build me a real time health analytics lakehouse project for a wearable device company.

I want it to ingest device registration files and gym entry exit files from cloud storage, and stream user profile updates, heart rate events, and workout events through Kafka. Organize the data in a Bronze, Silver, Gold flow in Databricks, with Delta tables and proper streaming and batch handling. Clean and dedupe the raw data, handle profile updates correctly, and join workout start and stop events so we can calculate completed workout sessions.

In the end I need two main outputs, a workout BPM summary with min, avg, and max heart rate per session, enriched with user demographics, and a gym summary showing visit duration and active exercise time.
