GitSquared/edex-ui ? reverse-engineered prompt

I want to build a slick, futuristic desktop terminal application. The main inspiration should be the look and feel of the computers in the TRON Legacy movie—dark, with glowing lines and a sci-fi user interface. It should run fullscreen and work on Windows, macOS, and Linux.

The app needs a fully functional terminal at its center, but I want it surrounded by cool system monitoring widgets. It should show real-time stats for CPU and RAM usage, running processes, and network activity, maybe with a globe graphic showing connections. It should also include a file explorer that follows the terminal's current directory.

Since it might be used on a touchscreen, please include an on-screen virtual keyboard. And to complete the experience, add some subtle, optional sound effects for that "hollywood hacker" vibe. I'd also like users to be able to customize the color themes.
