Build me a fast, safe Git implementation in Rust that can work as both a library and a command line tool.

I want the library to let me read and write repositories, objects, refs, config, the index, ignore rules, path matching, diffs, traversals, fetch and clone support, and basic worktree operations. I also want a couple of useful CLI tools for testing and day to day development, one for inspecting real repositories and one with a few workflow helpers. Keep it lean and correct, and make the public API feel pleasant and predictable.
