Build me a Python 3 desktop app for Counter Strike 2 that works like an external training cheat for private educational testing. I want a clean GUI with separate tabs for aimbot, visuals, triggerbot, recoil control, colors, and misc settings.

The app should have toggles and simple sliders or keybinds for aimbot, ESP, triggerbot, recoil control, anti flash, auto bhop, FOV changer, bomb timer, Discord rich presence, and color customization. It should automatically save and load the user’s config so settings stay the same after restarting.

Please make it easy to run with a normal install command and a main Python file. Include clear setup notes, especially for any memory reading or overlay dependency, and mention that offsets may need to be updated with a dumper. Don’t claim it bypasses anti cheat or is undetected.
