I want to build a desktop app that lets me comfortably monitor my internet traffic. It needs to be cross-platform, working on Windows, Mac, and Linux. The main interface should be a clean dashboard with real-time charts showing my data usage (packets and bytes per second). It should also show a list of all the active connections from my computer.

For each connection, I want to be able to see details like the application making the request, the domain it's connecting to, and maybe even show the server's location on a map. I need to be able to select which network adapter to watch, like my Wi-Fi or Ethernet. It would also be great to have features like traffic filters, the ability to set up notifications for certain events, and support for custom color themes, especially a nice dark mode. Let's build this in Rust.

Are you gonna build this?
