Build me a Python terminal tool called OSINT Master Ultimate Pro for ethical open source intelligence practice. I want it to open from Main.py and show a clean colorful menu, with a bold hacker style look, pink borders, clear choices, and friendly messages so a beginner can use it.

The main things I want are Instagram public profile lookup and basic analysis, like username info, visible profile details, follower counts if publicly available, and simple metadata from public pages only. Also add phone number checks for validation, country or region, carrier where possible, and basic location from public numbering data, not live tracking.

Please keep it educational and safe. Do not add anything for breaking into accounts, bypassing privacy, scraping private content, harassment, or tracking someone in real time. Include clear warnings in the app about only using it on your own accounts or with permission.
