Build me a cross platform desktop app for making AI animated short dramas from novels or scripts.

I want a creator to log in, create a project, paste or import a long story, and have the app help turn it into a production plan. It should extract chapter events, generate a story outline, adaptation strategy, script scenes, characters, storyboard prompts, image prompts, and video prompts. Then give me an infinite canvas style workspace where I can arrange script nodes, character nodes, storyboard nodes, media assets, and generated video clips, so the workflow feels flexible instead of a strict wizard.

Add settings where I can configure my own text, image, and video model providers, and ideally edit provider logic without rebuilding the app. The agents should remember project context across sessions and support editable prompt skill files. Include Chinese and English UI support at minimum, with room for more languages.

Use a lightweight desktop stack like Electron, Vue, TypeScript, and Node. Look up current docs online if you need to.
