Build me a self hosted OSINT investigation dashboard that runs locally and feels like a case file workspace. I want to create a case, choose a tool from a left side nav, run checks on a username, email, domain or IP, phone number, or uploaded file, and have every result automatically logged into the active case on the right.

Please include username checks across major platforms with profile links, email validation with MX and disposable detection plus optional Have I Been Pwned lookups, domain and IP recon with RDAP, DNS, certificate transparency subdomains, geolocation, and optional Shodan, file metadata extraction for images and PDFs with hashes, offline phone intel using numbering data, and a dork builder that makes clickable search links for names, usernames, emails, domains, phones, and reverse image searches.

I also want batch mode for up to 25 subjects and a final case report export as Markdown or PDF. Keep it read only and based on public sources, no people search broker stuff or identity lookups. Make it Docker ready and local by default, and look up current docs online if you need to.
