HKUDS/DeepCode ? reverse-engineered prompt

I'd like you to build an application that can generate code using a system of AI agents. The core idea is to turn plain text, or even a research paper, into a working application. For example, I should be able to describe a website I want, and the agents will build it for me. It should be able to handle creating both front-end web apps and backend services.

The system should have two different interfaces. First, a polished web dashboard where a user can type in their request and visually track the progress as the agents work. It should be intuitive and easy for anyone to use. Second, create a command-line interface for more technical users who prefer to work in the terminal. As a bonus, it would be cool if this could be integrated with a chatbot, so I could just chat with an AI to get my coding tasks done.
