Build me a simple web app called FreeEventMap for college students and anyone hunting for free food and fun nearby. I want a map based experience where people can see free events in their area, tap a marker, and view useful details like what food is available, what the event is about, who is organizing it, and when it is happening. People should also be able to add a new event by dropping it on the map and filling out a short form.

I also want the event data saved on chain so it feels trustworthy, with wallet connection and support for the Base network.
