Build me a sleek science and math visualization web app called NOVA MathPlot. I want it to feel premium, with a dark futuristic theme and a clean light theme toggle that remembers the choice. It should run fully in the browser with no backend.

The app needs a home page and separate sections for plotting normal 2D functions, exploring 3D surfaces, complex functions, parametric curves, and neural network activation functions. Let users type formulas, choose example presets, zoom and pan charts, and see legends, colors, ranges, and useful controls without it feeling cluttered. The 3D area should have interactive rotation, zoom, presets like surfaces, knots, attractors, topology shapes, and a custom z equals f of x and y mode. The activation page should show common functions like sigmoid, tanh, ReLU, GELU, Swish, with optional derivative overlay and simple property info.
