Build me an AI powered video editor that works from plain English. I want to be able to say things like make a TikTok promo, turn this talking head video into a clean clip with captions, cut the dead air, or make a presentation style video, and have it generate a polished MP4 for me.

It should run locally, not need API keys, and feel like I’m just talking to a smart editor instead of using a timeline. Include a few ready made video styles for social posts, announcements, testimonials, before and after videos, and short edits, plus nice motion graphics like animated titles, captions, transitions, backgrounds, overlays, and split screen layouts.
