Build me a Claude Code skill that can run a full market research workflow for crypto, stocks, forex, and commodities. I want it to ask for a risk profile first, then have several AI agents research in parallel and a final agent combine everything into one clear recommendation summary. It should pull live market data from free sources when possible, with a fallback if one source is missing, and it can use web search for news and sentiment.

I also want an interactive dashboard that opens locally, shows the main findings visually, and lets me switch between English and Spanish without breaking numbers, tickers, or prices. Include a clear educational disclaimer before the report, and keep the language focused on consider, hold, or avoid instead of telling me to buy or sell.
