Build me a web app for quoting machined aerospace parts. I want to be able to drag in a STEP or STP file in the browser, see the part in 3D, rotate and inspect it, snap to standard views, and measure things like distance, angles, radii, bounding size, and part volume. It should also let me define raw stock with per face offsets, show stock volume and material use, and set a custom coordinate system from picked points.

On top of that, I want a cycle time estimator tied to each part, where I can add machining operations like face milling, roughing, pocketing, drilling, tapping, and manual steps, then get setup time, per operation time, and total hours. Please include machine profiles, material specs, and reusable operation templates.

I also need simple project management, with projects containing multiple parts, delivery and material details, and a combined RFQ summary table for all parts.
