HangfireIO/Hangfire ? reverse-engineered prompt

I need a library for my .NET application to handle background jobs. It should be really easy to integrate, without needing to set up a separate Windows Service.

I want to be able to run different kinds of tasks. Some should be "fire-and-forget," like sending a welcome email right after a user signs up. Others need to be delayed, like sending a follow-up email a week later. I also need to run recurring jobs on a schedule, like generating daily reports or cleaning up old data using a cron expression.

The most important part is a web dashboard where I can see everything that's happening. I want to be able to monitor all the jobs, see which ones have failed, and have the option to manually retry them. The system should be reliable and store its job data in my SQL Server database.
