Build me a simple mobile app called Amaan, a women safety app that feels reassuring and easy to use. I want it made in Flutter since this repo already looks set up for that. The main idea is that a woman can rely on her own trusted contacts in an emergency.

Please include a Get Home Safe feature where the user sets a time and the app keeps track of her location, then sends an alert and location to chosen contacts if needed. Add a Safe Shake feature so shaking the phone can trigger an SOS alert even when the app is not actively open. Also include a Helplines section with quick access to nearby police stations, hospitals, fire brigade, pharmacies, and similar emergency help.

Keep the interface clean, calm, and friendly, with onboarding, contact selection, and permission handling that make sense for a real user. If something is missing, use practical defaults and look up current docs online if you need to. I want something working end to end, not just mock screens.
