Set up this app on my computer and get it running locally.

Please read the repo instructions first, then install whatever is needed, generate the local config, and start the full stack with Docker. If anything is already running, ask me before stopping it or deleting anything. I want the default local experience, with the app opening in my browser on the local port it chooses, and I want you to make sure the health check passes before you hand it over.

Once it’s up, tell me the exact URL, give me a quick note on what I should click first, and mention any important next step like connecting sample data or choosing the local AI option. If a current docs check online would help, go ahead and use it.
