HeroTransitions/Hero ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Swift library for iOS and tvOS that makes custom screen transitions really easy to use. I want it to work like a polished animation layer on top of the normal UIKit transition system, so I can tag matching views with the same id and have them smoothly move, resize, fade, or scale between screens, almost like Keynote Magic Move. It should also support extra animation tweaks on views that do not match, and let those animations be controlled by gestures for interactive transitions.

Please include simple default transitions for modal, navigation, and tab bar flows, plus support for Auto Layout, storyboard use, collection views, table views, and programmatic layouts. I’d also like it set up as a reusable package that works with Swift Package Manager and CocoaPods, with a few example apps and basic tests.
