Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a web application vulnerability scanner in Python that can crawl a site I own and run a broad first pass for common security issues, then show me the results in a simple web app and also let me run it from the command line.

I want it to look for things like SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, SSRF, open redirects, directory traversal, IDOR, broken auth, insecure headers, and a few other common OWASP style problems. It should score how confident it is about each finding, so I can quickly tell what looks confirmed versus what might just be a possible issue. If it can, use a browser based check for JavaScript heavy sites and save scan history so I can come back to old runs later.

Please also generate a clean PDF report with a summary, the findings, evidence, and simple advice on how to fix each issue. If you need to look up current docs online for any libraries or deployment details, do that.
