Build me a simple Next.js learning project in TypeScript that shows a few different example apps or practice sections in one repo.

I want it to feel like a small playground where I can open the project, run it, and explore separate mini projects or pages for things like basic routing, forms, data display, and a simple messaging or dashboard style screen. Keep it clean and easy to understand, since this is mainly for learning Next.js by example.

Please make it usable out of the box, with sensible starter content, a nice simple layout, and enough structure that I can add more examples later without getting lost. If anything needs current docs or best practices, look them up online first and use the modern way of doing it.
