Homebrew/homebrew-core ? reverse-engineered prompt

I want to set up a Homebrew core style package repo where people can install software with brew install <formula>. Please build the structure for maintaining formula files, aliases, version sync info, tap migrations, and the little bits of metadata and exceptions that go with a real Homebrew tap.

It should feel like a proper default tap for open source packages, with a clean place for formula definitions, patches, and any rename or migration helpers needed to keep things working over time. If you need to check current Homebrew docs or conventions while wiring it up, please do.

Make it easy for maintainers to add and update formulae, and keep the repo organized so it would fit into the normal Homebrew contribution flow.
