Houseofmvps/codesight ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a TypeScript command line tool called codesight that I can run with npx in any repo to quickly understand a codebase and save tokens in AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, and Codex.

I want it to scan the project automatically, detect the main frameworks and file types, and generate a compact markdown context summary that explains the important parts of the app in plain English. It should also be able to create a deeper wiki style knowledge base, generate AI setup files like CLAUDE.md and similar tool rules, open a simple report in the browser, and show what files affect a given file. If it makes sense, let it also work as an MCP server with a few useful tools. Keep it fast, zero setup, and no API keys needed.

Please make it work well for TypeScript projects first, but also handle common languages and frameworks from code patterns. Look up current docs online if you need to.
