Build me a browser based voice assistant called Lumo that is always listening and wakes up when I say “Lumo” anywhere in a sentence.

It should let me talk naturally and then answer questions, open websites and apps, and play songs directly on YouTube without needing a backend. Include a solid set of built in commands, around 1800 if possible, and make the wake word detection reliable so it works even when “Lumo” is said in a longer sentence.
